Drymatic Keeps Innovating

Photo of the month June 2022
This June 2022 Photo of the Month from Alan Bethel shows what seems to be a typical heat drying setup. We have an air mover pushing air into into a Drymatic Boost Bar. The Boost Bar heats up the air and pushes the warm air into the attached 4-Port Adaptor. This is a normal setup for running four 100mm hoses in multiple directions. As can be seen in the photo, two of the hoses go off to other areas of the room and one of the hoses is going into a 2x0.5m wall mat to target dry the affected walls in the kitchen area.
We can also see that the hose to the right is going into a Drymatic 2 Step Down Adaptor but in this case it is allowing us to “step up” to a 150mm hose. We then have a 150mm hose connected to a Drymatic 2 7-Port Injection Drying Adaptor. This is a creative and innovative way to use a range of Drymatic equipment to solve the problem at hand. The 7 injection hoses are then running into drilled holes under the kitchen cabinetry.
The benefit of using the injection drying hoses underneath the kitchen is that you can then use 28mm vents to plug into the holes which means that there is no need to replace the kitchen.
This is a very innovative way to use the range of adaptors from Drymatic. When jobs like this come up in our community they are often noticed by DBK Drymatic in Europe and the word is we will soon see some new attachments coming out to make our jobs easier. So Stay tuned!
FANTASTIC INNOVATION FROM ALAN THIS MONTH!
